Q3. What kind of paper do you use for postcards and art prints?
A. All postcards are printed on premium matte cardstock (100lb cover), while art prints are produced on archival fine art paper for long-lasting quality.
Q4. Do you offer gift wrapping?
A. Yes! Upon request, we provide simple gift wrapping and can include a handwritten note. Please leave a message at checkout.

A. Since postcards and prints are made-to-order art products, all sales are generally final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at eun@clic-clac.co. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund in eligible cases.

Q9. Can I track my order?
A. Most postcards are shipped with stamps, so they do not include a tracking number. This helps us keep costs affordable. If you prefer a tracked or express shipping option, we can arrange that for an additional shipping cost — just let us know before placing your order.
Q10. Are the colors and quality the same as shown on the website?
A. The images on our website are shown at about 10% of the original print quality to optimize web speed. When you receive your postcards and prints, you’ll enjoy them in their full 100% high-resolution quality.
Q11. Do you offer digital downloads?
A. We currently offer physical postcards and prints only (no digital downloads). For licensing or special digital use, please contact us at eun@clic-clac.co.
