We believe every place deserves to be printed with the highest attention to detail, so each artwork is made to order rather than mass-produced.
US Domestic Shipping
Museum-quality prints are carefully packaged and shipped throughout the United States.

• Shipping Time: 3–7 business days
• Flat Shipping Rate: FREE
Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order leaves our photo lab.
International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on destination. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions before ordering, feel free to contact us. eun@clic-clac.co
Packaging
Each print is professionally packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.
If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days with photographs of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement.
RETURNS
Because every artwork is printed especially for you,
we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
Please review your order carefully
before placing it.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your print arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong artwork, we'll replace it at no additional cost.
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photographs of the artwork
• Photographs of the packaging
We'll take care of the rest.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible because each print is made specifically for your order.
